Maui Research & Technology Park

Located in central Kihei, the Maui Research & Technology Park is home to over 20 high technology and professional services companies, employing approximately 400 people.  The park currently has 5 buildings, totaling 180,000 square feet of lab, office and data center space. An estimated $150 Million flows through park companies and projects each year. Maui R&T Partners, LLC, The developer of the Park, is working on a comprehensive master plan update targeted at building upon this solid core.

TENANTS

Among others, the Park is home to Akimeka, Boeing, the Maui Economic Development Board, Inc., the Maui High Performance Computing Center, and Pacific Defense Solutions. Four new companies have moved, expanded or started up in the park within the past year. Read more >>
