The developer of the Maui Research & Technology Park is Maui R&T Partners LLC. The partnership is comprised of Pacific Rim Land, Inc. and Woodridge Capital Partners, LLC.

Formed in 1990, Pacific Rim Land, Inc. is a seasoned real estate development company, with commercial and residential projects, as well as investments in Hawaii, Idaho, Texas and Washington State. The company works closely with sister company, civil general contractor Goodfellow Brothers, Inc. This relationship provides a competitive advantage in assessing and addressing site constraints in a cost effective manner.

Pacific Rim Land’s business model relies on strategic partnerships with other experienced real estate developers and investors, including Woodridge Capital Partners, LLC. A sampling of recently completed projects includes Lahaina Business Park, and Wailea Gateway Shopping Center. Pacific Rim Land also developed the Maui Park Plaza building, which recently opened in the Research & Technology Park. Goodfellow Brothers, and its land development company Pacific Rim Land, have held a partnership position in the Maui Research & Technology Park since its inception.

Woodridge Capital Partners is a broad-based, multi-disciplined real estate development and investment company founded by Chief Executive Officer Michael Rosenfeld. Based in Los Angeles, California, Woodridge owns and develops a wide range of residential, commercial and hospitality projects throughout the Western United States and Canada, consisting of over 18,000 residential units and over 10 million square feet of commercial real estate.
